Accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) under Tier-I
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Vardhaman College of Engineering plays a central role in driving continuous quality improvement (CQI) and institutional excellence across academic and administrative domains. Through a structured and participatory approach, the IQAC formulates and implements strategies that enhance teaching–learning processes, research quality, governance, and operational efficiency. Led by the IQAC Chairperson, the team works collaboratively with Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to design and align quality policies with NAAC, NBA, and global best practices. This ensures that all institutional activities are guided by clearly defined benchmarks and outcome-driven frameworks, contributing to sustained academic and organizational growth.
The IQAC adopts a data-driven CQI cycle planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous refinement to ensure holistic development of the institution. Regular collection and analysis of feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and industry, along with performance indicators such as course outcomes, pass percentages, placements, and resource utilization, enable informed decision-making and timely corrective actions. Academic audits, stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and performance monitoring systems further strengthen transparency and accountability. This integrated CQI framework ensures that every aspect of the institution from curriculum delivery and pedagogy to infrastructure and governance is continuously assessed and enhanced, thereby fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
